Open day at the chess school a success — it officially starts in February

More than 30 children with their parents dropped by on Saturday to find out more. Victoria withstood the rush and teaches from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the large seminar room. From 11 a.m. there was the information event for the parents in the library, in which some newcomers also took part. The concept looks like this. From February to July is our half-year. The interested children and youngsters can train several times a week within the framework of the chess school.

A chess school cadre manager will be set up; here the training programme will be presented, from which as many suitable courses as desired can be selected. On Saturdays there is a central in-person training day for all chess school children at the ASZ Laim from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with three time slots. In addition, they can come on Wednesday at Reinmarplatz to the open meeting at the community centre from 5 p.m. (club evening from 6 p.m.) and on Friday at the Nachbarschaftstreff Moosach (Untermenzinger Str. 76) between 4 and 6 p.m. to take part in courses with Anian. On the first Friday of each month the club championship takes place here from 6:30 p.m. Everyone, adults and youngsters, can take part. If unable to attend, the game can also be made up on the Saturday at the ASZ.

For everyone taking part in the chess school, the fee for the school chess club is waived. For all others who do not register for the chess school for now, the individual online courses as well as the meetings on Wednesday and Friday are also available.
