The U12 team plays in the Bavarian semi-final tomorrow!
More than a month has passed. At the same time as the chess festival, the DVM also took place with some of our members. There were consistently good results from everyone. Atreyu improved by four places (seeded 22nd, finished 18th), Tugrul by five (seeded 20th, finished 15th) and Niklas by two (seeded 18th, finished 16th). Lukas did best of all, improving from 32nd to 24th. Unfortunately I did not find the time to keep you up to date on our players. By now the events surrounding the club are getting out of hand. This will also be addressed at the upcoming members’ meeting on 28 July. Besides the website, we still have to keep the Twitter (201 followers) and Instagram (315 followers) channels supplied.
On 9 July we will meet beforehand for the summer party at the Fasanerie beer garden. A title holder will probably play a simultaneous exhibition against children and other challengers.

24 June: U12 semi-final at Bayern (Schlierseestr. 47) and Schachfreunde school (Kiem-Pauli-Weg 22)
1-2 July: U14 semi-final in Regensburg; at the ASZ Laim there is, as usual, training from 10 a.m.

15 July: chess training at the ASZ Laim from 10 a.m.
22 July: chess training at the ASZ Laim from 10 a.m.
